I have had 2 juices so far! The Big Green Juice that you see on the left was had in the morning at 10 am. It has melons and greens and is refreshingly sweet! The 2nd one on the right is pure Cantaloupe Juice that was in the fridge, no sugar - just fresh, chilled juice.
It's been delicious so far and I am holding up okay. I do feel a little hungry but I feel peaceful from within! :-). My boyfriend just ate a big plate of delicious cheesy Polenta and Eggs in front of me, and I did not have any temptation to jump on it (and that's an achievement!). I am about to call my gym and set up my Jump Start sessions for the new membership I have taken up at the Local Gold's gym. The jumpstart sessions are supposed to be a personal trainer guiding you on what kind of excercises to do and what kind of physical activity to engage in to reach your personal goals. I am excited for that, and will keep this group posted on what he recommends so that you all can do it too!
A busy day at work, but just wanted to stop by and say Hi! I hope all of you who have started the diet with me today are holding up good. Do let me know how you are doing, and if you need any help or guidance! My boyfriend came up with a delicious juice/smoothie recipe last night that packs in a lot of protein, veggies, and fresh fruits and is sinfully delicious but very good for people who need protein in their everyday lives to survive. I will share that Recipe tonight! It is so yummy, it can almost be a dessert!
