Day 1 is finally over!
It has been fantastic except for a few food cravings since I have cooking a delicious dinner for Nathan!
Time for Day 2!
Recipes for Tomorrow:
1) The MegaMelon!
Ingredients:
1 watermelon
2 cantaloupes
Recipe:
Juice them all up and drink no more than 2 jars. Chilled.
2) Peachie Greens
Ingredients:
4 peaches or 2 large mangoes
1 bunch kale or spinach
1 small piece ginger
1 cantaloupe
1 bunch cilantro or parsley
A hint of Lime
You can add more greens if you like! If you can handle a more bitter taste.
Recipe:
Juice it up and gulp down 3 jars a day!
Remember, at least 8 glasses of water a day! Try to walk a mile as well if possible.
