So, only 1 more day to go to start off the 30 day challenge! :-). I am about to head out to buy the groceries to make the juices tonight, and here are the things I am getting. Please try to get these things for tomorrow, chop them up and get ready to make the juices later this evening.
Here's what I am getting:
Cucumbers (4 large ones or 8 medium sized ones)
Cilantro/Parsley/or Mint (Pudina) (2 big bunch)
Ginger (the size of the thumb)
Watermelons (2 large to medium sized)
Cantaloupes (MuskMelons). Honeydew Melons will also do. (2)
Carrots (8 carrots medium-sized)
Kale/Spinach - 1 bunch
Red Bell Peppers (capsicum) - 2
Mango (if you like it) or Peaches
Blackberries (if you can find it), or Black Grapes, or Blueberries
Apples - 5
Things to remember:
Watermelons make a lot of juice! So one melon will make lots of juice. In fact, all melons make a lot of juice so are totally worth the money.
All the ingredients above are mainly for 2 days. Tomorrow night, I will post a fresh grocery list for Day 3 and 4. These proportions are for making juices for 1 person, but can be spread between 2 people if needed.
Make sure you have fresh, clean water available at all times. Minimum 8 glasses a day. You can put Ice in your juice if you would like to. Remember to keep the juices refrigerated.
Also, remember to start with a positive and happy mind! This is going to be a challenge but it is going to be one that changes your life immensely for the better. :-)
